Damage of cause & dealing way


1. Damage by quality cause:

Customers feedback our lamp had damage by quality cause during warranty period, please send damage parts photos & provide series number to related salesman, we will send the new & same model high bay to customer soon with freight.

YOUWIN have unique series number for every light at the lamp unit, check the number we will get the information of model number, chips number, driver number, color temperature to solve the question. if you have professional engineer or electrician will be more easy & quickly send you new driver or chips to replacement.

 

2. Loss or damage at shipping way

When customers received loss or damage goods pls take photos immediately and send to carrier, then ask then provide proof of loss or damage goods file, we will do our best to help you claim to transport company compensation.

 

3. Damage by poor package

Pls send picture & series number, we will communicate with production and related department, meanwhile contact transport company to know the incident reason, then compensate customer losses

 

Notes:

Customers could send back the damage high bay that help us analysis and improve quality. We have consignee account of DHL to pay double –way transportation fee. (Distributor or end user send back the damage high bay are available).

 

Installation:

 

1. This product should be installed by trained electricians.

 

2. Check integrality of the products when unpack the packing.

 

3. When laying the cables, make sure that the cables and plugs are not subjected to any tensile or twisting forces. Fit the cable tension relieving mechanisms to the connection points of the surface-mounted lights. Do not kink cables. Output cables should be laid separately and at a distance from other cables.

 

4. Proceed by connecting the wiring cables to the luminaries. Usually, the brown(or black) wire is the live wire, connect it with the terminal marked “L”. The blue wire is Naughty wire, connect it with the terminal marked “N”.

 

5. Used only the LED driver included, and do not connect the surface-mounted lights to other loads.

 

6. Do not remove the name plate of the power supply and driver of the light.

 

Notes:

 

Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and maintain the products. We have the right not to provide after-sale service if unauthorized disassembly and maintenance happens to the products.
